An exclusive and unique experience at the Excellence Polo in Waalre
On the beautiful estate of Eeckenrhoode in Waalre, the exclusive polo event organized by EXCELLENT Polo Waalre took place during the weekend of September 5th to 7th. Guests had the opportunity to experience the sport of polo in the company of business associates, friends, and family.
As the AV partner, we were responsible for the complete audiovisual support of the event. We provided audio installations throughout the tent, lounges, and outdoor areas, ensuring clear and balanced sound at every location. To create the perfect ambiance, we used energy-efficient LED fixtures, carefully positioned in combination with trussing, which also supported the decorative elements by Oogenlust.
In addition, we supplied large LCD screens for dynamic content display, seamlessly integrated into the overall event experience. Behind the scenes, our technical team maintained tight control over all operations, ensuring that every element — from lighting and sound to visual content — came together flawlessly for a perfectly executed event.
