Project description
At the Conference Center High Tech Campus Eindhoven, the construction of the Dutch Photonic Chip Pilot Line was officially kicked off with a ceremonial start signal by Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Henna Virkkunen, Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy Heleen Herbert, and Minister of Defence Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius. An important project that further strengthens the position of the Netherlands and Europe in the field of integrated photonics.
During the official gathering, featuring speakers from industry, government and the research community, Bazelmans AV was responsible for providing the technical production. Our technicians also handled the show control and direction throughout the programme.
The new facility is being realized through a collaboration between TNO, Eindhoven University of Technology, SMART Photonics, High Tech Campus Eindhoven and PhotonDelta.
