Project Planner

As a Project Planner within our rental team in Veldhoven, you act as the central link between the office, technicians, freelancers, transport, and the warehouse. You make sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that events and installations proceed without a hitch. From scheduling the right professionals to coordinating with colleagues and partners, you keep an overview, plan ahead, and ensure everyone is well prepared to start their work.
Function
The function includes:
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities;
- Maintaining and expanding the freelance network, including discussions with potential new freelancers;
- Assigning suitable staff to projects in a timely manner;
- Contributing to optimal project outcomes, including administrative tasks;
- Communicating with colleagues and partners about ongoing and upcoming projects;
- Participating in the weekly team meeting.

Profile
We ask for at least the following work experiences and training:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable relevant experience in the AV industry;
- Relevant experience as a planner is an advantage;
- Stress-resistant, strong planning skills, socially skilled, team player, flexible, accurate, proactive, able to improvise;
- Experience with Oaksoft is a plus
- Possession of driving license B;
