CE Driver / Warehouse Operative

You keep our technology moving

As a CE Driver / Warehouse Operative at Bazelmans AV in Veldhoven, you make sure our audiovisual equipment is in the right place at the right time. One day, you’ll be on the road delivering equipment to an event, client or supplier; the next, you’ll be working alongside your colleagues in our warehouse.

You safely transport our AV equipment to a wide range of locations and collect it again afterwards. In the warehouse, you work with the team to collect, check and prepare equipment for upcoming productions. You work accurately, keep a clear overview and make sure your colleagues on site can rely on complete and well-prepared deliveries.

This makes you an important part of the logistics behind our events, helping to ensure our productions run smoothly from start to finish.

What will you be doing?

• Safely transporting audiovisual equipment to events, clients, suppliers and other locations, ensuring it arrives on time;
• Loading and unloading trucks at our warehouse and on location;
• Collecting and checking AV equipment and preparing it for upcoming productions;
• Processing returned equipment and making sure everything is put back in the correct place in the warehouse;
• Receiving and checking incoming goods and deliveries;
• Checking the required transport documentation;
• Working with your colleagues to maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised warehouse.

This is you

You enjoy variety and like combining time on the road with hands-on work in the warehouse. You are comfortable working independently, but also understand the importance of being part of a wider team. You keep a clear overview, handle our equipment with care and take responsibility for your work. If plans change, you stay calm, adapt quickly and focus on finding solutions.

In addition:

• You hold a valid CE driving licence and Code 95 qualification;
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• You are flexible in your availability. The events industry doesn’t always stop at 5 p.m., so your work may occasionally take place during evenings and weekends;
• You are physically able to load, unload and move equipment;
• You have a professional and presentable manner;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on safety and organisation;
• Experience in logistics, events or audiovisual technology is an advantage.

What we offer

A varied role based in Veldhoven that brings together transport, logistics and the world of events. You’ll become part of a close-knit Brabant family business where we keep communication direct, support one another and take shared responsibility for the end result. We give you the freedom to do your job well, take initiative and continue developing your skills.

In addition, you can expect:

• 24 days of annual leave, plus up to 4 bonus days per year;
• Additional allowances for irregular hours and weekend work;
• Payment for any overtime worked;
• A good pension scheme;
• Extensive opportunities to take part in internal and external training and courses;
• Enjoyable company events and team outings;
• And, of course, our regular Friday afternoon drinks, which move to our rooftop terrace when the weather allows.
